Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Home Health - Mobile
Shift : Days / 8a-4 : 30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, EOW, Holiday rotation
Length : 13 weeks
On Call : 1-2x during the week and every other weekend
Requirements :
WI RN License
Minimum 1 year Home Health experience
AHA BLS
OASIS cert is a plus (willing to train OASIS)
Travel experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience strongly preferred
Charting : EPIC and OASIS experience strongly preferred
Other details :
Float Requirements : potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, dr calls and coordination of care, documentation in EMR timely, clinical competencies in wound, IV, ports, Lab draws, chronic disease management
