Shift : Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements :Current CA PT license - Required
Current BCLS / CPR certification - Required
Scheduling for weekends, on-call support, and major holidays apply.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Experience in a home health position - Highly desired : 1 Years
Proof of current auto insurance - Required
PT experience - Highly desired : 1 Years
Valid driver's license - Required
Education :
PT graduate from an accredited curriculum - Required
Bachelor's degree in nursing or health related field - Highly desired
