Job Description:
We are is looking for a skilled and personable Communications Representative to act as a key liaison between the company and its stakeholders. This role focuses on delivering clear and effective messaging, building positive relationships, and maintaining the company’s professional image.
Pay Range:
$1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Draft, edit, and distribute written communications such as emails, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support the development and execution of communication plans for campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and community engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems).
