We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, private parties, and large public gatherings. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event management and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry.
Pay Range : 1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities include :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
- Communicate with vendors to secure services and supplies
- Help manage event registration and attendee communications
- Set up and break down event spaces as needed
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for events
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
