Job Description:
As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client events. You will work closely with our events team to ensure smooth operations and seamless experiences for our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure all event elements are executed on time and within budget.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs to ensure event attendance.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, including scheduling meetings, preparing event materials, and maintaining event calendars.
Skills and Qualifications:
