Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Pay Range:
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it remains clean and organized
- Order and stock office supplies, ensuring availability for staff needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
