Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Maintain regulatory compliance and implement best practices in patient care
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to clinical staff
- Work closely with families and residents to ensure satisfaction and well-being
Qualifications:
- A licensed RN with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing homes
- Passion for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes
