This FREE course is open to both Tribal membership and all others!
Classes begin March 3rd, 2025 and will regularly run Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm
All Applicants Must:
- Have exceptional guest service
- Satisfactorily complete the EQC Dealer Training School
- Obtain a WA State IIIA Gaming License and pass a pre-employment drug screening
At our FREE Blackjack Dealer School you will learn to:
- Professionally deal Blackjack
- Confidently provide excellent customer service and gaming experiences
- Properly pay out guest winnings
After successful completion of dealer training, each applicant will be eligible to audition for a Table Games Dealer position with the EQC. Please note participation with this training program and auditioning for a position does not guarantee an offer of employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license ($273-$335) as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
