Description

The Valet Guest Experience Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by seamlessly integrating the responsibilities of a valet, bellhop, and concierge. This multi-faceted position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, possesses knowledge of the local area and thrives in a guest-centered hospitality environment. The Valet Guest Experience Agent is the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay through personalized service, attentiveness, and a welcoming demeanor.

Starting wage is $18.29/hr plus tips increasing to $19.42/hr plus tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous valet parking attendant required
• Must have ability to deal with personnel and guest-related matters while providing a high level of guest service
• High level knowledge of the local area, attractions, restaurants, and entertainment
• Must have good communication skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
• Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in excellent physical condition
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to sprint ¼ mile several times per shift
• Manual dexterity and ability to drive any type of vehicle (Manual, Automatic, Electric)
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to inclement weather
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays

Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
