System Analyst – Infor XA

📍 Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

Are you an ERP expert with a passion for optimizing manufacturing and supply chain operations? We’re looking for a System Analyst specializing in Infor XA to drive operational efficiency and enhance business processes.

In this role, you’ll work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to configure, optimize, and maintain Infor XA (MAPICS). You’ll play a key role in improving workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user training to maximize ERP performance. What You’ll Do

✅ Analyze business needs and translate them into tailored Infor XA solutions.

✅ Configure, test, and optimize Infor XA to improve efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain processes.

✅ Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT to implement best practices.

✅ Provide user training and support, ensuring teams get the most out of the system.

✅ Troubleshoot system issues, manage updates, and maintain ERP documentation.

✅ Stay up to date on Infor XA features and recommend enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

🔹 3 years of experience with Infor XA (MAPICS) or similar ERP systems.

🔹 Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

🔹 Experience with SQL, RPG programming, API integrations, or custom scripting is a plus.

🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.

🔹 Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
