Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architecture Manager to lead our data architecture team and drive our data strategy forward. As the Senior Data Architecture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our data architecture to support our business objectives. You will lead a team of data architects and engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, enhance data quality, and ensure data security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Data Architecture : Lead the design and maintenance of the organization's data architecture, including data models, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
• Data Governance : Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for skill development.
• Data Integration : Oversee the development of ETL processes and data integration solutions to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems.
• Technology Evaluation : Stay current with emerging data technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's data architecture.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize data systems and architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations, implementing security measures and access controls.
• Project Management : Manage data architecture projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.
• Reporting : Generate and present reports on data architecture performance, project status, and key metrics to senior leadership.
