Investment Banking Associate Responsibilities:
As an Associate, you’ll be apart of transactions from cradle to grave. This role offers high deal velocity, small transaction teams, and direct client interaction, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and learn at an accelerated pace.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Pitch presentations, financial analysis, and modeling
- Client due diligence
- Drafting information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation
- Managing closing due diligence and post-LOI negotiations
- Supporting business development efforts
Investment Banking Associate Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or transactional advisory services (CPA or consulting firm experience is welcome)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proven process management skills
- Comfortable working in both team and self-directed settings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written communication skills
