My Client is on the hunt for a Quality Assurance Lead ready to take the reins and shape our entire QA strategy. This is a chance to build something from the ground up, designing robust testing frameworks and ensuring our payment platforms are fast, secure, and rock solid. What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge in designing and implementing our QA testing framework
- Build and maintain automated test suites for mission-critical payment systems
- Execute thorough testing across functional, API, and performance layers
- Work side-by-side with developers to prevent bugs before they happen
- Manage and fine-tune test environments
- Ensure our systems align with top-tier security and compliance standards
- Constantly look for ways to improve and streamline the QA process
What You’ll Need
- 5 years of hands-on QA experience
- Strong automation testing background (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Solid experience with API testing (Postman, RESTful APIs)
- Comfortable with SQL and database testing
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Great problem-solving instincts and attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience in financial tech or payment systems
