We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The Quality Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit and Inspection : Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and procedures to identify discrepancies and non-compliance with established quality standards.
- Documentation Review : Examine documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and that they align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data related to quality control and performance metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement. Share findings with relevant teams and management.
- Compliance Monitoring : Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with them.
- Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances, and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Training and Education : Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Risk Assessment : Assess potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
