Key Responsibilities :
1. Solution Design : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design end-to-end solutions that meet technical and business objectives.
2. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring the solution aligns with best practices and industry standards.
3. Architecture Development : Develop and document solution architectures, including system components, data flow, integrations, and security measures.
4. Technology Evaluation : Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to achieve optimal system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
5. Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate technical concepts and solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
6. Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks and challenges in the solution design and propose mitigation strategies.
7. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
8. Quality Assurance : Establish quality assurance processes and guidelines to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable solutions.
9. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in solution design and delivery.
Qualifications :
Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Professional training and / or certifications using Oracle, IBM, HCL, and Microsoft tools and technologies is a plus.
