This firm is seeking an associate with 5 years of relevant experience, excellent time and project management skills, and outstanding client service experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with secured and unsecured creditors’ rights work, receiverships, and bankruptcy litigation. Experience working with Title 11 is preferred.
