Overview
The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. In this role, you will plan, coordinate and implement, independently and in cooperation with department Management.
This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.
This position will work out of and support our Alpharetta, GA office location
Responsibilities
- Deploy Operating System to Laptops.
- Manage Office365 and Azure Environment.
- Deploy security patches, application patches, configuration changes, registry changes using RMM / MDM tools to End Points.
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
- Participating in the change management process
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization
- Maintaining antivirus software across networks
- Able to work independently service desk tickets
- Scripting administrative tasks for automation.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation : $ $85,000-$98,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
