Overview
As a Client Services Representative , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients! This role is temporary and has the potential of becoming permanent. You will serve as the primary point of contact, providing support, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Order entry and plan management in carrier systems
- Work support tickets via email, phone and chat
- Set up new phone & tablet devices
- Packaging and shipping
- Maintaining internal database and ticketing systems
Qualifications and Skills
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly
