Overview
The job of the Customer Success Representative is to field requests from customers, and collaborate with internal team members to resolve them. To be successful in this position, the Operations Coordinator must be highly adaptable to the wide variety of requests, and provide each customer with an exceptional experience. Ultimately, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for customer success and ensuring quick resolution of requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt customer support and help resolve any issues
- Process orders, make updates and collaborate with team members to hit customer goals
- Process purchase orders, track them through fulfillment and adapt to change
- Analyze data and forecast requirements for materials
- Setup, plan, negotiate and coordinate with vendors
- Investigate and resolve quality related issues for customers, and setup plans to mitigate the risk of reoccurring issues
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Design drawings for blueprints, printing plates and dielines that match the customer’s chosen solution
Qualifications and Skills
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly Benefits!
