Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team! This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front office. The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information
- Collect patient payments and process transactions accurately
- Build patient charts for the day of surgery, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Request medical records from physician offices
- Assist patients with consent forms and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Schedule : Opening or Closing Shift :
Monday - Friday (5 : 30AM - 2 : 15PM)
Monday - Friday (8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $20.50 Hourly
