Overview
The Office for Mission Renewal Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the director in the development, implementation, and operational management of initiatives that promote parish health, growth, and vitality. This position will involve organizing, coordinating, and executing logistical tasks, enabling the efficient functioning of the office’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize meetings, workshops, and events that align with pastoral and strategic planning efforts, ensuring that all logistical needs are met
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of events, including workshops, conferences, and retreats
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget and personnel
- Support the development of parish leaders through training programs and resources
- Provide administrative support to the director, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation
Qualifications and Skills
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $65,000 Annually
