Outside Cannabis Sales Support Associate

Integrated medical marijuana Dispensary and Grow located in Oklahoma City, OK is currently searching for passionate and motivated individual for our fast-paced medical cannabis business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process by identifying and securing qualified appointments for our sales representatives. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with potential clients, we want to hear from you.

This outside position will be actively calling on new customers plus cross selling and upselling to existing customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment and is passionate about the medical cannabis industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
• Create and maintain professional relationships and rapport with cannabis business-to-cannabis business customers.
• Seek out and target new customers: build action plan to approach and secure new cannabis business.
• Maintain knowledge of all company products and services and collect product feedback.
• Stay well networked in the cannabis industry by attending networking and educational events.
• Remain up-to-date on cannabis knowledge and legislation
• Achieve revenue targets according to company goals and compensated for it.
• Create high-quality materials to support the relationship process.
• Present activity and recaps to Leaders
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
• Perform in a manner consistent with the goals and values of the company

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must reside in OK due to MMJ laws
• Must pass O.S.B.I background check
• Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is a plus.
• Track record of being a top performer, with a “proactive, can do” approach
• Strong knowledge of cannabis and cannabis related materials
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to follow protocols and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations
• Superior professional presence and business acumen
• Innovative and able to think outside of the box

**Compensation is based on completed orders.
