Saline Lectronics (an Emerald Technologies company) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Associate to join its Saline Lectronics team! Analyze and perform root cause corrective action for quality issues from Customer Feedback, RMAs, Corrective Actions. Responsible for supporting the development and administration of Saline Lectronics’ Quality System by releasing documentation, auditing, and writing/updating procedures

Responsibilities of the Quality Associate:
- Basic duties include working within various teams to aid in investigating various quality related issues.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions taken within the quality system.
- Releases documentation into the quality system.
- Train personnel in the proper execution of quality manufacturing processes.
- Work with appropriate resources to determine root cause and develop corrective actions. Assists in developing manufacturing practices and controls to streamline production and prevent quality issues

Qualifications of the Quality Associate:
- 2-4 years’ experience in quality or related role
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100
- Audit experience.
- IPC 610 Certification
- Experience with Made2Manage, Cogiscan
