DataED, an Emerald Technologies company, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to play a critical, cross-functional role in our organization. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who can bridge the gap between technical engineering and customer-facing sales support.
The Senior Process Engineer will work closely with sales teams, customers, and design engineers to provide consultative guidance on PCB manufacturing processes. This role will also be responsible for implementing new processes, optimizing existing workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities of Senior Engineer :
- Serve as a technical consultant to sales teams and customers, offering expert guidance on PCB assembly processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and process optimization.
- Collaborate with customers, design engineers, and internal teams to develop efficient and scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Lead the implementation of new processes, fixtures, and tools to enhance PCB assembly efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with PCB insertion, wave soldering, SMT production, and manual assembly processes to optimize performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
