Now hiring for a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) - the third CSM in the USA region.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize the value of security solutions. You will support enterprise customers with product onboarding, advise on technical best practice, integration and product adoption. Your role will focus on:
- Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and driving product adoption.
- Technical Advisor - Guide customers on best practices, use cases, and technical integrations.
- QBRs & Strategy - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and collaborate with customers on their security roadmap.
Required experience:
- Experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management role within a cybersecurity vendor
- Strong technical acumen – ability to understand and communicate cybersecurity solutions effectively
- Proven experience driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
