Emerald Textiles is looking for a responsible and reliable Office Administrator/Receptionist. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator include answering the phone and data entry. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk
- Manage appointments, meetings etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Communicate with upper management and colleagues
- Create and update records and databases
- Track stocks of office supplies and inform when orders are necessary
- Submit timely reports and projects as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Assists employees, applicants and guest and/or guides them to proper management/Department
- Reports to HR Manager
