Retail Budtender/Key Holder

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced budtender or Keyholder who has the knowledge and understanding to authentically convey Sincere Customer Interaction and Information, we hope to see you thrive within the cannabis industry, Further more ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels, Ensuring that the store stays OLCC compliant in all aspects and we'd want you to help create a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Duties :

• Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive retail sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products effectively.
• Keyholders Oversee shift management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and effective merchandising strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service And Knowledge by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced & Slow-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in Retail Dispensary operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
