Position Overview:

The Merchant Service Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, managing relationships, resolving issues, and providing tailored support. You will engage directly with merchants over the phone to ensure they get the most out of our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone-Based Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, engaging with them regularly via phone to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Solution Consultation: Understand merchant needs and provide expert advice on how our payment solutions can optimize their business operations.
- Issue Resolution: Address merchant concerns promptly and professionally, delivering solutions over the phone to ensure a smooth experience.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services and products.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and account support.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in account management, or a similar phone-based client service role.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and POS technology.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, phone-intensive environment.
