We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to engage with C-level executives, VPs, and senior decision-makers at leading technology firms. This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving enterprise-level growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise-Level Prospecting - Proactively identify and engage senior executives at top-tier technology organizations through maulti-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone and events).
- Consultative Sales Engagement – Lead high-value conversations to understand business pain points, align Emerge’s solutions with client needs, and position our unique value proposition effectively.
- Pipeline Development & Qualification – Assess and qualify potential opportunities, ensuring a strong fit for our services and passing high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Strategic Outreach Execution – Leverage industry insights and data-driven strategies to craft compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
- Collaboration & Alignment – Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
- CRM & Performance Tracking – Maintain meticulous records of prospecting activities, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Industry Intelligence – Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to drive a proactive, informed approach to business development.
