What We’re Offering
Total First-Year Earning Potential: Up to $98,000, including attainable bonuses
Base Salary: $82,000 to $88,000 depending on experience, skills, and location
Bonus Structure: Monthly/quarterly performance-based bonuses—potential to earn $35,000 over your first three years
Hybrid Model: 50% in-person supervision, 50% telehealth
Robust Onboarding: 60 hours of training in your first few weeks, including goal writing, clinical best practices, CPT codes, Central Reach training, and more. Ongoing support through office hours and 1:1 coaching.

Schedule Flexibility: Mon–Fri hours with the option for evening sessions (preferred 1–2 evenings/week until 8:30pm). No Saturday work unless preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead by Example: Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians, ensuring implementation of treatment plans with accuracy and care
Develop Client-Centered Programs: Conduct FBAs, build creative ABA treatment plans, and provide family training to support each client's success
Handle Challenges Gracefully: Stay composed, adapt to evolving needs, and seek opportunities for continuous growth
Collaborate with Openness: Foster a team culture of initiative, learning, and proactive communication
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Active LBA certification in the state of Massachusetts (issued by the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions)
This position requires a background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical—costs covered by our client
