Job Description :

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include :

• Supervision and oversight of staff , including production, quality, and training for both new and existing team members.
• Providing regular coaching and constructive feedback to employees.
• Managing workflow and service levels to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitoring daily production within the unit and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining regular communication with agents to support business needs.
• Handling and responding to escalated calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
