What You'll Do
Handle complex consumer finance litigation matters
Represent clients in cases involving FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and analysis
Participate in depositions and court appearances
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy
What You'll Need
J.D. from an accredited law school
At least 3 years of experience in consumer finance litigation
Active bar membership and good standing in California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Oklahoma (additional state admissions a plus)
Strong academic and professional credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
