About the Role
As an associate, you will:
Assist with breach response and preparedness activities, ensuring clients are equipped to handle cybersecurity incidents effectively.
Advise on compliance with existing and emerging privacy law frameworks in the U.S. and internationally, including GDPR, CPRA, and other global regulations.
Represent clients in regulatory investigations related to privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Work alongside top-tier attorneys in a team-oriented setting while contributing to innovative solutions for complex legal challenges.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
2–3 years of experience (class of 2021–2022) handling privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Large law firm experience with an excellent academic record, exceptional analytical skills, and strong writing abilities.
A keen interest in privacy and cybersecurity law and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Active New York Bar membership (preferred but required within one year of joining).
