Job Title : Packaging Operator – 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Department : Packaging

Position Overview :

As a Packaging Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all quality standards. You'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and contribute to a team-driven environment to meet or exceed production goals.

This role requires adherence to both domestic and international GMPs, SOPs, and OSHA safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate Equipment Safely : Operate all packaging equipment in compliance with SOPs and OSHA safety standards, ensuring quality checks are performed consistently.
• Perform Maintenance Tasks : Execute daily maintenance routines per the autonomous maintenance policy.
• Troubleshoot Production Issues : Identify and address potential production issues proactively, communicating effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Achieve Production Goals : Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maximize uptime.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with U.S. and international GMP standards.
• Document Production Activities : Accurately complete logs and reports, including downtime, material usage, production yield, batch details, and inventory control.
• Train New Operators : Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Other Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
