About The Role
As a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate, you will:
- Handle all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies
- Manage motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom appearances
- Work on commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings
- Collaborate with a skilled team focused on creditors' rights and special servicer matters
We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings
- 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation
- Expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation
- Experience with motion practice, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy
- Familiarity with commercial landlord-tenant litigation
- Active bar membership and good standing in the state where you practice
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Work with a nationally recognized bankruptcy practice group
- Engage in challenging and high-stakes legal matters
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices
- Competitive salary range: $275,000 - $350,000 (dependent on experience)
