We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team and align our human resources strategy with business goals. As an HRBP, you will work closely with leadership to provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Your role will be key in fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and drives company performance.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years of Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role (Generalist, Specialist, etc)
• Hands-on experience with employee relations and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and employees
• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field preferred)
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
• Oversee performance management and talent development processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement
• Conduct HR training and development sessions for managers and employees
• Support recruitment efforts for key positions
