Line Technician Jobs Available– 1st & 2nd Shift – Overtime Available
Location : Mount Hope, OH (South of Wooster, OH / Canton, OH)
Pay : $25.25 per hour $1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift
Shifts :
1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
2nd Shift : 4 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM
Schedule : 10-hour shifts Monday – Friday, plus every other Saturday (8-10 hours)
Emerge is hiring Line Technicians for a direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing company near Wooster, OH. We are looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machinery, handling physical work, and maximizing overtime opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :
Set up and change production runs, ensuring smooth equipment operation; troubleshoot issues
Assist machine operators in keeping production lines running efficiently
Perform minor adjustments, material changes, and job setups
Read and follow product specifications, work orders, and safety procedures
Use hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices
Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure quality standards
What We’re Looking For :
Mechanically inclined – Experience in industrial manufacturing, automotive repair, or similar mechanical work preferred
Comfortable with physical work – Must lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
Math & measurement skills – Ability to read work instructions and perform basic calculations
Reliable & hardworking – Willing to work overtime and keep up in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Drug screen required
