Network Engineer

We are helping hire for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement and manage their network infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team in their collaborative environment. The ideal individual will have strong experiences in network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of their systems.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar network
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Configure and manage Cisco and Palo Alto network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Conduct regular network performance tests and capacity planning.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and IT staff.
