We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, customer retention, and relationship-building within the oil and gas industry. As a trusted partner to our clients, you will lead the post-sale process, coordinate the deployment of cutting-edge technologies, and ensure the delivery of measurable results. REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field, preferably within SaaS or environmental technology
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level relationships and complex technical implementations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Salesforce and customer success tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the oil and gas or environmental compliance sector is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve their environmental and business goals
- Lead the post-sale implementation process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless product deployment
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and provide regular updates to clients on their success
- Deliver customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement and innovation
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion and renewal opportunities within existing customer accounts
