They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Information Security to join their dynamic team and help drive the development and oversight of their infrastructure, as well as identity and access management systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including guiding and mentoring team members.

- Salary range: $165,000-$180,000 annually
- 10% annual bonus based on company and individual performance

- Proven track record as an experienced member of Identity and Access Management either as an Individual Contributor or Manager
- Experience working at a SaaS or product company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with executive-level communications
- Comfort with rapid context switching and willingness to be part of the Security Escalation On-Call rotation
- Robust understanding of security issues, mitigations, and a solid grasp of the current global threat landscape
- Experience with the role of an incident manager during large-scale security events
- Familiarity with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and Digital Ocean
- Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of security and identity engineers, fostering their growth and skills
- Provide strategic oversight and vision for the Identity and Access Management Engineering team and the Infrastructure Security Engineering team
- Offer expert input on security architecture, issues, and features, ensuring robust security measures
- Identify and drive the implementation of security-related technical and process improvements
- Draft and successfully deliver on quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or MBOs (Management by Objectives)
- Provide tactical oversight of the teams' daily efforts and maintain vision for their immediate and near-term future
- Develop and maintain teams' KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Be a role model for the team in terms of positive thinking, conflict de-escalation, and work-life balance
- Build substantial, collaborative partnerships with peers in Legal, Infrastructure, IT, Development, and Product departments
