Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a manufacturing environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, and experience in using queries, such as Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
