Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic vision for Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on workforce development and global resource alignment.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize production and distribution processes, including material handling and packaging solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert for process optimization and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage new product and process launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Spearhead productivity and cost-efficiency projects to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and oversee the capital budget, aligning investments with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing goals.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic/Polymer Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Strong expertise in plastic injection molding and related processes.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Certification in Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing techniques, including injection molding or wire harness production, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects.
• Must meet ITAR and EAR requirements, classified as a 'US Person' (citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual).
