The Vice President of People (HR) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and culture. The VP of People will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
Strong expertise in talent management, culture building, and organizational design
Experience leading and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments
Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance
Ability to commute to the Clearwater Office on a daily basis

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters
Lead workforce planning and organizational design to support company growth
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent
Develop leadership and professional development programs to enhance employee capabilities
Implement performance management systems that drive accountability and results
Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
Establish and oversee HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and industry regulations
Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making
