Join our team as an experienced assembler on 1st shift in Dalton, OH. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes by assembling components and products with precision. This position is essential to our mission of providing high-quality managed services and solutions to our clients.
Shift: 5am to 3:30pm - Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure efficient assembly processes.
- Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in training new team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols.
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices while operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to fabricate parts as required for production needs.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line operations.
- Experience working in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Read assembly instructions in English
