IMMEDIATE OPENINGS! Join our team as an experienced line operator on 1st shift in Dalton, OH. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes by assembling components and products with precision. This position requires frequent heavy lifting.
Shift: 5am to 3:30pm - Monday - Friday some OT on Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Work as team to finish and assemble products.
- Lift/fasten/secure pieces in a team setting. Package and kit product.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure efficient assembly processes.
- Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in training new team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols.
- Follow safety guidelines and best practices while operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing and production experience is a MUST.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Read assembly instructions in English
