What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Emerge360?
We are seeking 1-2 QC Inspectors to join our production/manufacturing team on A shift. This person is responsible for inspecting all items that come in and exit the company.
Schedule:
- 4x 10 hour days
- 1st shift - 5am to 330pm - M-Th
Job description:
Ideally looking for candidates with QC experience in a manufacturing environment to complete and document first piece inspections, first article, in process and final inspections.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to perform accurate measurements
- Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in quality audits and assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Job requirements:
We are looking for someone who does have experience in quality review, good attention to detail, strong math skills and good computer skills.
