Job Description:
Emerge 360 is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Contract Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full onboarding process for new employees, ensuring accurate employee data, conducting background checks, and coordinating event staffing assignments. You will play a key role in reaching out to pre-registered employees, scheduling them for specific events, and providing them with assignment-specific details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the full onboarding process for new employees, including verification of employee data and employment documentation, and conducting background checks.
- Communicate with pre-registered employees to assign them to specific events based on staffing needs.
- Schedule employees for upcoming events and ensure all scheduling logistics are accurately managed.
- Provide detailed information about assignments and expectations to employees selected for specific events.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with employees throughout the screening and assignment process.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Bullhorn software experience preferred.
- Strong ability to speak confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, open team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to enter and manage data accurately.
- Enjoys working in a friendly, high-energy, and team-oriented workplace.
