The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily marketing objectives, managing co-op processing, assisting in events, and executing various promotional and advertising strategies to enhance our brand’s visibility and impact. This role is essential to driving effective marketing projects that align with company goals.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze information to create comprehensive reports that enhance workflow, project planning, and demand forecasting.
- Manage co-op processing and optimize available opportunities.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in events.
- Coordinate and manage promotional items and branded apparel.
- Oversee media buying opportunities within designated sectors.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer on content creation for various projects.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
- Propose content ideas and deliverables to maximize marketing impact.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, store locations, sales, and aftermarket, to achieve marketing goals.
- Leverage co-op advertising, display marketing, content creation, and design to drive ROI across multiple channels.
- Adapt to project schedules and competing priorities.
- Be a flexible team player within a dynamic marketing environment.
