Compensation & Benefits
- $150k OTE. $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary quarterly bonus structure milestone bonuses.

- Manage a team of 20-25 HVAC Technicians and apprentices.
- Provide sales and technical training for Technicians and Apprentices.
- Coach team to hit quality and revenue KPIs.
- Assign customer jobs to technicians best suited to the customer's needs.
- Address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive a positive culture.
- Looking for someone that has both technical support ability as well as driving sales
- Prior team management experience
- 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals.
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
