The Opportunity

This position will focus primarily on our Field and Customer Experience teams, which are the lifeblood of our business. Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 Annual Salary $12,000 Bonus Package

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive candidate flow through the application and interview process
- Post and manage roles using our Applicant Tracking System, Breezy
- Review resumes, engage with candidates, and conduct phone screens to identify the best available talent for our team
- Contribute to a growing Talent Acquisition function by driving towards best practices and striving for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Agency recruiting, inside sales, or other similar experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Requirements
- A growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a desire to improve
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
- Ability to reliably commute to our office
